Salt room

The salt room - is a specially equipped room for halotherapy. The advantage of the salt therapy room is the unique microclimate, which ensures the respiratory intake of nutrients into the body.

The healing microclimate of the salt rooms has a beneficial effect on the psycho-emotional state of a person and improves metabolic processes, has an anti-stress effect, promotes the elimination of toxins and treats various skin and allergic, respiratory diseases.

Here, the artificially created environment is not inferior to the natural conditions of a real salt cave. Salt rooms are allowed to be visited by babies, the elderly, and also during pregnancy in the absence of systemic serious diseases.

The room is equipped for guests' relaxation - there are comfortable sun loungers, TV, games for children.

How is the session going on

Before starting a visit to the salt room, you must familiarize yourself with the following rules:

• Children under 7 years old must visit the salt room with their parents.
• It is recommended to spend a quiet time, it is better not to run around the room.
• You need to eat 1 hour before the procedure and 30 minutes after it.

The atmosphere of the room restores physical and psycho-emotional health. The duration of the session is 30 - 60 minutes.

The salt room is located in the SPA complex.

The salt room can accommodate up to 8 people.

Working hours: from 10:00 to 20:00.
